The Reporting Person is a Managing Member of Accel Growth Fund II Associates L.L.C. along with Andrew G. Braccia, Ping Li, Tracy L. Sedlock, Ryan J. Sweeney and Richard P. Wong, who share voting and investment powers over such shares. The Reporting Person and each Managing Member disclaims beneficial ownership except to the extent of his or her pecuniary interest therein. |
